The
Annual homeowner's meeting and BBQ was on Saturday March 10th,
2012 at the grass park on Wild Eagle.

CSVHOA consists of
80 homes located northwest of Tucson in Pima
County just west of the Arthur Pack Golf Course. CSVHOA was established in
2005 and includes two common area parks.
The primary objective of this HOA is best described on the first page of
our CC&R's. It is "for the purpose of protecting the desirability and attractiveness of the property".
As homeowners and residents, your cooperation in following the HOA rules and regulations will help us to achieve these goals.
